We provide operator training to ensure your employees know how to use your new equipment and avoid typical mistakes to minimize downtime.
Regularly Scheduled Maintenance
We offer Preventative Maintenance Agreements (PMA) to perform routine maintenance and safety inspections per the manufacturer’s specifications to ensure your equipment stays in good working condition. Whether you choose a PMA package or need periodic maintenance, we are ready to serve your equipment needs.
Equipment Moves and Relocation Management
We disassemble, move, and reassemble your equipment wherever you need it, whether it's within the same building or across the state. With offices across the U.S., we have the ability to handle most of the projects ourselves. If not, we have a network factory-trained certified installers we can partner with to ensure you’re served with excellence.
Paul has been with Southwest Solutions Group since 2007 and manages all of the service requests to schedule technicians and parts to get your equipment up and running again fast.
Greg has been with Southwest Solutions Group since 2008 and is responsible for overseeing and developing our installation team, including continuing education and certification requirements. Greg spent 12 years installing, 6 years as a service specialist, 10 years as installation manager, 7 years as coordination manager, and currently serves as the Field Operations Manager.
Court has been with Southwest Solutions Group since 2001 and is responsible for planning and delivery of software projects. He also manages our SSG help desk to resolve any software support issues.
Jeff has over 20 years of work experience and has been with Southwest Solutions Group since 2015. He is responsible for planning and delivering software projects along with managing our SSG help desk to resolve any software support issues.
Eric leverages his software development background to create custom solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
