OSHA Compliant Robotics Machine Guarding Fences

Machine guarding with woven and welded wire mesh panels bolt to upright posts for an extremely strong and secure barrier around your robotics cell. Some applications use light curtains or switch mats, but there is always the risk of system malfunction. The fencing cages are a simple but effective guarding system that is always working and is virtually maintenance-free. It’s also extremely easy to set up and are customizable with a variety of features such as locking options and doors.

The machine guarding cages use panels that come in increments of 1′ to 10′ wide. The panels bolt together, making them fast and easy to install, with a design that complies with OSHA safety system standards for machine parameter guarding. Since the panels are modular, it’s also easy to swap the panels out or reconfigure them as your needs change.

Part of what makes the robotics guard fences such a versatile solution is its customization capabilities. Need a specifically sized panel that doesn’t come standard? No problem, since custom panels are also available. You can also choose what type of locking options you need, including keypads, tag systems, key cards, biometrics, standard keys, and more. Door options include hinged doors, sliding doors, lift out panels, and locking latches; a variety of colors are also available to choose from. Depending on your requirements, you can choose from a variety of meshes for heavy, medium, or light duty applications. We can also provide polycarbonate and sheet metal partition panels. All of the machine guarding and fencing panels are OSHA safety system compliant and ANSI/RIA R15.06 approved.
