High-density shelving systems mount shelving and/or cabinets onto rolling carriages; these carriages then rest on floor tracks.
Rows of rolling shelving or cabinets move from side to side, creating a movable access aisle where you need it. The shelving can be designed with manual hand cranks or powered by a button. The number of moveable access aisles in the sustainable shelving system will depend on personnel activity, organization of materials, and other factors.
