flammable storage cabinets

Flammable cabinets help securely hold and store flammable liquids, reducing the risk of fires and explosions caused by improper storage.

Many of our cabinets are built with materials like 18-gauge steel and feature double walls. They also feature self-closing doors, vents, and static ground connections to reduce fire risks.

Flammable cabinets are built to meet industry and government standards, including the most current OSHA regulations and following NFPA Code 30 standards. Most models offered are FM approved as well.

Types of Flammable Cabinets

Flammable Cabinets

flammable cabinetsFlammable cabinets are an essential safety measure in industrial and other industry settings. These flammable safety cabinets are made to securely hold, store and reduce the chance of fires and explosions.

Our OSHA-approved flammable storage cabinets have a solid, durable, all-welded, 18-gauge reinforced construction. They are further reinforced with double walls with an air space between them to provide insulation and reduce fire risk.

The cabinets’ self-closing door has a fusible link assembly that deploys during a fire. It will melt at a specific temperature and automatically close the door to contain the fire.

Flammable cabinets are finished with a chemical, UV and impact-resistant urethane coating. These protect against damage and maintain their appearance.

The self-closing door models feature a fusible link that melts at 165°F. This allows the door to close in the event of a fire automatically.

“Working with Southwest Solutions including Matt, Susan, and especially Brad was great. They provide amazing customer service. Brad and the install team were especially great. Very professional, easy to work with, and did the work quickly and very well with very little input from us. If we need help with carousel storage moves, parts, or new equipment we will start with Southwest Solutions. ”

“The team at Southwest Solutions were nothing short of fantastic. First meeting with Craig, I received a customized design, in person, based on my office needs while still maintaining an efficient layout and being cost effective. Craig explained everything clearly, allowing me to understand that as modular mill-work, I would be able to move it if I ever changed offices, but without the added sales pressure to immediately make a decision. Once I had decided, I worked with Chris who assisted in picking out the finishes and scheduling the delivery and installation. The professionalism of Craig and Chris spoke volumes and I would highly recommend anyone looking to transform or fit-out an office to contact Southwest Solutions.”
