CSI specification 08 34 53 and 08 34 56 security doors, frames, and gates provide extra security for sectioning off existing rooms or creating contained storage enclosures. Door options include hinged, double hinged, sliding, and vertical rise doors. Sliding doors are most common and are available from 3′ to 10′ wide and come with patented tamper-resistant latch mechanisms. Hinged doors are available from 3′ to 4′ wide.
Locks are available as standard built-in key locks or custom locks, including digital keypads, card readers, biometric fingerprint readers, and proximity card readers for added security. The security doors, frames, and gates can be ordered in alternative woven or welded mesh, expanded metal, sheet metal, clear polycarbonate, and more. Panels and doors come in one foot increments from 1′ to 10′ wide and in heights of 4′ and 5′. Partition systems of almost any height can be created by stacking the panels on top of one another.
