Industrial Guardrail Safety Rails
Protective industrial guardrail safety systems are a simple solution to prevent warehouse accidents with forklifts, floor sweepers, and other moving industrial machinery that can cause serious injuries or damage to equipment. The guardrails provide a strong and clearly-defined barrier along aisles, in front of expensive equipment, in-plant offices, or other areas that need protection. Buy industrial guardrails online.
Protect Equipment & Warehouse Employees
The industrial guardrail safety systems are tested to withstand the impact of a 10,000 pound load moving 4 miles per hour. By having this protection for people and equipment, you can prevent costly downtime and repairs or, even worse, injured employees and other factors that could leave you liable for legal action due to not following proper safety precautions. Rails are constructed of 11 gauge steel and come in standard lengths in even-foot increments to meet your specific requirements and can be combined to create the layout of your choosing. Single guardrail columns are 17" high; double columns are 43" high with custom heights available. All columns are powder coated and painted with standard safety yellow.
Since the guardrail components bolt together, the rails are quick and easy to install with no professional installers needed. All assembly hardware is included with the guardrail order.
The guardrail safety system features include:
- Withstands impact of 10,000 lb load at 4 mph
- Bolted components provide quick installation
- All assembly hardware included, including floor anchors
- Single and double rails available
- Rails and columns can be combined on one-foot increments
- Optional lift-out rail kits, column base plates, and corner offset columns available
