The Condense Filing System is an innovative file storage system that enhances productivity and reduces the floor space requirements for storing paper files. These filing systems mount rows of file shelving or file cabinets onto steel structures with wheels called carriages. Rolling carriages (typically 3’ to 45’ in length) are placed on tracks mounted to the floor and roll back and forth to create a moving or floating access aisle to stored files (see more condense filing system images).

The Condense Filing System turns static access aisle space into productive storage space by providing the right number of “floating access aisles” based on the size and activity level.
