Automate Package Exchanges at Your College Campus
The growth in package volumes coupled with student expectations for efficient and fast package delivery is causing collages to re-think the ways they manage logistics. Keyless self-serve lockers offer a secure, simple, and easy-to-use solution for automating package delivery and retrieval. Keyless self-serve lockers simplify the internal package delivery process and reduce parcel management operating costs while ensuring the highest level of end-user convenience. How the Keyless Self-Serve Lockers Work
First, the mail services department processes the packages addressed to students. Next, the staff members use the touch screen to access the interactive directory and select the student information. The system then opens a locker according to the size of the package (letters, textbooks, and packages of any size and shape can be accommodated).
The staff member places the package in the locker and closes the door. An email or text message is automatically sent to the student that contains the locker location and a unique PIN number. When the student goes to retrieve the package, they type in the PIN on the touch screen, which will open locker with their package.
