This was able to be utilized by installing 6-foot high double-tier tenant storage lockers that transformed every inch of space into a revenue-producing amenity for residents. The bike stacker system accommodates up to 10 bikes on one fixed unit and was installed throughout the bicycle storage room. The standalone wall rider bike bracket was used to maximize their bike storage capacity in the same footprint. The residents were thrilled to have a functioning bike room with dedicated secure bicycle parking; this setup was a huge improvement from their previous bike storage situation where bikes were cluttered and inaccessible. Installation was also quick and easy, and the products are durable so the condominium has a long-lasting solution for their storage needs.
