Storing Crutches for Sports Medicine Clinic
While the racks are originally used to store and transport weapons in lockers and racks, this heavy-duty steel pegboard can provide reliable storage for a wide variety of other items.
The sports medicine clinic needed to store about 30 pairs of crutches. Staff needed the crutches to be well-organized and accessible for quick inventory, retrieval, and restocking. They also wanted a durable finish that would stand up to frequent use, and also wanted the area to integrate with their modular bin system and high density mobile shelving that was planned for the adjacent space. The space saver high density storage racks provided the perfect solution. Sections were bolted together to create a continuous panel, and it was finished with a durable powder-coat to match their existing adjacent storage systems
The resulting storage area is completely configurable and can be easily changed and adjusted by staff to store all types of different items as their needs change over time.
The space saver high density storage racks have also been recently installed in the equipment storage area of a landscaping business, where it provides sturdy and durable storage for rakes, shovels, and other landscaping gear.
