Employees are at risk of being injured from falling debris or equipment from pallet racks in manufacturing and warehousing. Pallet rack guard panels are welded wire mesh security rails that bolt directly to pallet uprights to prevent items and equipment from falling and being damaged or injuring employees. The wire mesh construction keeps inventory secure and visible while providing a heavy-duty durable wall of protection for workers.
pallet rack guard details & features
Pallet rack guard panels have a simple nut-and-bolt assembly that makes installation quick and easy so you can get back to work sooner. The all-welded angle-frames are engineered for long-lasting, durable protection with heavy-duty 2″ x 2″ x 10 gauge welded wire mesh that is wear-resistant to outlast rigorous industrial use. The visibility of the wire mesh also allows for a quick assessment, as well as ventilation and compatibility with existing HVAC, fire suppressant, and lighting systems. The resilience, rigidity, and powder-coated paint finish also leave the welded wire mesh security rails maintenance-free. Download Pallet Rack Safety Panel RFQ.
Pallet rack guard panels can be ordered with flush or offset mounting brackets for pallet overhang. Special angle brackets are also available to support exceeding panels if rack guards need to extend above the top of the racking. The guard panels can always be made to fit the full height of your rack frame for the most effective security and prevention of spills. Two types of mounting brackets are available for both roll-formed and structural rack uprights. A variety of standard sizes along with customized sizes are also available. Powder-coated finish comes standard in gray, yellow, or blue, with custom colors on request.
