Aluminum-framed consoles with full shelves at the base also store their oversized and bulk items. Consoles with platforms are placed along the sorter walls to allow for ease of distribution and sorting; employees can even sit at a work table incorporated into the wall to assemble mailings within easy reach.
Additional matching pieces were also supplied to support other functions within the space. For example, casework was installed in an equipment area along with desks in employee areas in the same finishes and work surfaces as the sorters to bring the whole design together. The sorters and casework are not only aesthetically pleasing, but they also give the appearance of being built-in and maximize the available square footage of the space.
