Sales Development Representative

We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing team! The SDRs play a critical role in the company’s success by developing the top of the sales funnel.
We are seeking enthusiastic, organized self-starters who set goals and exceed them. Are you able to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively? Are you comfortable working in a fast-paced and metrics-driven environment?
You will be researching, identifying and prospecting new clients. You will be qualifying prospects with a mixture of phone, email, and other forms of outreach, identify key decision makers and business pain points, and articulate how Southwest Solutions Group can address them. You will be partnering with our Account Executives to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills.
We’re looking more for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn over specific experience. Ideally, you should have some experience in sales and/or customer support. Experience in a B2B capital equipment environment is a plus, but not necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Prior sales experience a plus
