Pedestrian Safety Barrier Guard Rails

industrial warehouse pedestrian safety guard railsDoes your facility meet OSHA safety standards? According to OSHA, industrial facilities and warehouses must use adequate safety precautions and fall protection for pedestrians and equipment. These industrial warehouse pedestrian safety guardrails provide OSHA compliant machine and forklift barriers to keep people and equipment safe. Each rail is designed and tested to withstand an impact of up to 10,000 lbs. at 4 miles per hour, making them safe for even the heaviest equipment. Watch the video above to see it in action!

Machine & Forklift Pedestrian Barriers

The safety guard rails are designed, engineered, and manufactured to the highest industry standards with heavy gauge steel and a unique fastening system that increases durability. The fastening system incorporates the fastening hardware as part of the column design, avoiding any “stripped out” connections. Each guardrail component has an industry-approved, durable safety-yellow powder coated finish. Required fasteners and other hardware are included with the guardrails to install and anchor to concrete floors.

Guardrails are available in single or double rails. Single rails include 18″ high posts and are recommended for use in in-plant offices, conveyors, mezzanines, and shelving systems. 42″ high double rails are recommended for machine and forklift barriers to separate pedestrians in walkways, bathrooms, workstations, and similar applications with heavy machinery. Universal ports allow you to install the rails in straight runs or 90-degree corners depending on your needs. The pedestrian safety guard rails are currently in stock to buy online and ship in just 4-5 business days.
