 This is to highly commend your company for the recent installation of the Spacesaver High Density Storage System in our new corporate building at 1000 E. Rochelle, Irving, Texas as well as the conversion of our 20,000 job files to the system.
Our team worked closely with your sales representative, for approximately one year prior to our move-in. He did everything he said he would do and made sure ever thing went smoothly every step of the way. In fact, he went beyond what he had to do on several occasions. He also kept us informed on a regular basis of progress of the pre-installation and installation. He is a real professional!
The project manager and his team were extremely proficient with the actual move and file conversion and actually made if happen with seemingly little effort. The file conversion took even less time than everyone thought due to the efficiency of this team.
