Remstar Vertical Lift Modules save space and improve order picking and throughput! The Remstar Vertical Lift Module (VLM) is an enclosed system of vertically arranged trays, an ergonomically designed extraction platform, and computerized controls. The Vertical Lift Module's FlexiSpace technology allows you to randomly store products for optimum flexibility and maximum storage density by scanning the height requirement of each tray. Utilizing Remstar's Near and Far technology, the data base automatically tracks tray usage and locates faster moving products closer to the access opening and slower moving parts further away. Controllers feature large, easy-to-use keys and backlit LCD displays for fast, simple operation and easy inventory control management.

The Remstar Vertical Lift Module's small footprint makes it a perfect choice for point-of-use storage, freeing up floor space for value-added manufacturing and assembly operations. The Vertical Lift Module can be used in conjunction with a variety of other systems, including conveyors, robotic work stations, and AGVs for a fully automated logistics operation.
