Ensure that your equipment is working properly with a Preventative Maintenance Agreement (PMA). A Preventative Maintenance Agreement will improve the longevity of your equipment with regular routine inspections to ensure your equipment is operating properly. We offer a range of contract options from 8:00am to 5:00pm 5 days a week to 24 hours 7 days a week. We will also give a 4 to 8 hours sliding response time promise for certain mission critical industries.

Our platinum certified team of service professionals are factory certified on all the equipment we sell including Spacesaver high density shelving systems and Kardex-Remstar vertical carousels, vertical lifts, shuttles, and horizontal carousels. All requests are responded to with a confirmation email and a follow-up telephone support call.
