The new system will house finance, tax, journal entries, vendor information, and audit files in a central file room. UTSA Awards Southwest Solutions Group® a Contract for a Spacesaver® High Density Storage System

San Antonio, Texas, November 22, 2011 -- The University of Texas at San Antonio awarded Southwest Solutions Group® a TXMAS contract to deliver and install a Spacesaver® High Density Archive Storage System.  The high capacity storage system will consolidate and centralize archival boxes and library books from several locations.  “The high capacity storage system will house archival materials currently taking up valuable floor space at several UTSA main libraries.  The storage system will allow UTSA to be free up badly needed space at several library locations,” said Jeff Rosaasen, Representative for Southwest Solutions Group’s San Antonio Office.

University of Kansas Awards Southwest Solutions Group High Density Box Shelving Contract for the Biodiversity Department

Lawrence, Kansas, November 9, 2011-- The University of Kansas awarded Southwest Solutions Group® a contract for a high density storage system manufactured by Spacesaver® Corporation. The new high density rolling track shelving installed in the Biodiversity Department condenses the storage of archaeology artifact boxes to maximize floor space and conserve energy. “It was fun working with the Biodiversity Department to increase their storage. The new high density box shelving provides storage for 50% more archaeology artifact boxes in the same floor space that was once used by traditional storage shelving,” said Chuck Decker, Representative for Southwest Solutions Group’s Kansas City office.
